Grilled Jumbo prawns with pesto sauce, grilled yellow zucchini, Oriechette pasta and caper dressing
Country double cut bone in pork chop with corn and zucchini succotash, fingerling potato salad, Carolina mustard
Rosemary chicken breast with grilled marinated peppers, crispy polenta and Cheka tomato sauce
Romanesco cauliflower roasted with oregano olive oil, soft polenta, pickled olive vegetable relish (Vegaterian option)
