Orders are to be placed no later than 5pm on the Wednesday before POPS concert. We will confirm all orders via email or phone.
**Orders will not be processed without a credit card.

Claud & Co provides the following as part of its table side service:

Appetizers (plated for the table)
Caramelized pineapple and shrimp skewer
Beer battered Portuguese sausage with pineapple Hoisin sauce
Gobo root and avocado rice roll wasabi cream

Salad - Individual style
Green papaya salad in lime vinaigrette, Thai basil, cilantro and peanuts

Mains - Served family style
Teriyaki Flat Iron steak
Grilled Mahi Mahi
Vegetable fried rice
Sautéed baby bok choy
Roasted mini peppers
Grilled red onions
Teriyaki sauce and pineapple salsa

Dessert* - Served individual
Pineapple upside-down cake

Please Note: No substitutions on the day of the concert.
Please arrive no later than 6pm to finish dinner by 7:30.

*Dessert will be served during intermission.
